A veggie party was celebrated in Darshan Academy Jalandhar, Basti Nau, to explain the importance of vegetarian food to students. They enjoyed making vegetarian food and learning the significance of eating healthy food. Children brought varieties of food, and their teacher made fruit salad and sang a veggie rhyme with great zest and enthusiasm. The students also learned more about each fruit and vegetable’s taste, colour and texture.
