Principal's Message

Darshan Academy Jalandhar is one of 22 Darshan Academies located throughout India and South America. Established under the aegis of Darshan Education Foundation, it was inaugurated by Sant Rajinder Singh Ji Maharaj in April 1999. The senior wing is situated in the calm and serene atmosphere at Kot Sadiq, Kala Singha Road, and the junior wing is at Nizattam Nagar Basti Nau, Jalandhar City. The senior wing offers classes from Nursery to 10+2, with classes in commerce and humanities; the junior wing is a primary school with classes from nursery to grade V.

Darshan Academy Jalandhar provides a holistic education for mind, body and soul. We believe each child is a unique individual with a variety of talents and learning needs. Students are trained for life to become high achievers and good human beings. We teach students to reach their highest potential, intellectually, physically, emotionally, and spiritually. They develop a resourcefulness and flexibility that helps them master and use latest technology and are encouraged to see themselves as citizens of global community. Our spiritual curriculum sets our school apart from other schools. Each day starts with ten minutes of silent meditation as a way to know their inner selves, find peace and happiness, and improve concentration. Students do not just passively absorb information, but rather they are totally and actively involved in the learning process. Their education is student-centered and learning is facilitated by using a multisensory learning approach.
