International Yoga Day was celebrated with great enthusiasm in our school on June 21, 2025. The program began with a brief introduction about the importance of yoga in daily life. Students and parents participated in various yoga asanas. A teacher guided the session and explained the benefits of each posture. Teachers also actively joined in the yoga activities. Students and parents performed Surya Namaskar, meditation and stretching exercises. Overall, the celebration promoted physical and mental well-being among all.
